Returns
Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the correct return process and address.
Return conditions
Products must remain unopened, unused, and in the condition in which they were supplied. Please contact us promptly and within 15 days of receiving the order.
How to request a return
Send your order reference, reason for the return, and relevant photographs to [email protected]. We will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing the request.
Return shipping
Use secure packaging and a tracked postal service. Unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly, return postage is generally the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds and replacements
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund, replacement, or other remedy applies. Any mandatory consumer rights applicable at the customer’s location remain unaffected.
